Shipping and Return Policy

Returns Policy

We try to avoid there being any issues or reasons why you might want to return an item from our shop but due to the handmade nature and being a small business we do have a policy of final sales on handmade items. So please, ask us whatever questions you may have up front. We're happy to help and get you the perfect item(s).

If, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item or color we are happy to work with you to do an exchange but the item MUST be in brand new condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and must place a new order for replacement.

Although we like to consider that we never make mistakes, but sometimes we do, and an item may be damaged. We'll make it right so please let us know by contacting us via email at kelly@sasswear.com.

In the case we could not come to an agreement of an exchange and a refund has been decided, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We ship to the address provided upon checkout. If you give us the incorrect address you are responsible for the lost package.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. (Priority shipping automatically comes with $50 insurance) ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to our customers. In any case, please contact me first with any issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders are averaging 10-14 business days for delivery. This depends on your country as well. We cannot control customs delays and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact us prior to purchasing. (Priority shipping automatically comes with $50 insurance)
